Scholarships for CCACE Programs

Scholarships for CCACE are made possible in large part by a grant from the Concord Carlisle Foundation. This helps to make lifelong learning a reality for local community members who require some financial assistance. The Concord Carlisle Foundation opens the doors of learning for everyone. Hugh Cargill Trust

The Hugh Cargill Trust Committee works in partnership with CCACE to provide partial Driver’s Ed scholarships to deserving Concord residents. The mission of the Hugh Cargill Trust is to provide short-term emergency financial assistance to Concord residents. 

All requests and awards are kept completely confidential. To apply for emergency financial assistance, please:
  1. To apply, complete the Confidential Intake Form. Then email the form to HCTC@concordma.gov.
  2. You can also call 978-318-3100; on hearing the recorded message, dial extension 2030. You will then hear another recording. Leave a message containing your name, phone number, and the best time for a committee member to contact you.
