Classes are open to anyone, regardless of where you live. Adult classes are open to ages 18+, unless otherwise specified. Younger students may enroll if a parent/guardian also enrolls. Payment is due at the time of registration to secure your space. We do not prorate classes. Once you enroll, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. Emails will come from ace@concordps.org.
There are no credits or refunds once a classs has started or for student absences. If you withdraw 1 week or more before the start date, we will issue you a credit (good for 12 months from the date of issue). You may request a refund of the class tuition minus a $10 processing fee. Withdrawals from courses under $25 are only eligible for a course credit. If you withdraw 6 days or less from the start date, we do not issue course credits or refunds.
If you have an existing credit, you can register online and apply it at checkout or contact us before registering. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If the class you want is full, sign up for the waitlist. There is no charge and we often get last-minute changes or add sections.
Some classes are on Zoom. We strongly recommend that you test your device and get comfortable with the platform before the start of your class. Zoom links are emailed the day before the class. If you do not see it, check your spam folder and contact the office. The email will come from ace@concordps.org.
Also, while it may be easy to share a screen when joining a class from home, we do require each participant to be registered separately unless otherwise noted.
Some classes may require you to purchase supplies beforehand which is indicated in the class descriptions. Register early to give yourself time to acquire the materials needed.
All in-person classes are at Concord-Carlisle High School (500 Walden St, Concord) unless otherwise indicated.
